An unknown gunmen have killed a
mobile policeman at Akenfa community in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state.
We gathered that the mobile policeman
was ambushed and shot dead from behind by the gunmen.
The deceased was attached to the Mobile
Division 30 of the Nigeria Police at Akenfa.
Spokesman of the Bayelsa State Police
Command DSP Asinim Butswat who confirmed the incident says the incident
happened last Saturday.
He says a locally made pistol was
recovered from the hoodlums after it was abandoned after one of them was shot.
