Leading telecommunications service provider, Airtel Nigeria, has deployed mobile device/data experts to its shops to provide customers with data and device solutions to boost their product knowledge and enhance their experience on the company’s products and services.

The ‘Airtel Techies’, a team of tech-savvy young men and women would always be on hand to attend to customer queries and concerns at Airtel Shops.

Speaking on the initiative, the Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director, Deepak Srivastava, said the introduction of Airtel Techie further confirms the company’s customer-centricity and innovativeness.

Srivastava emphasized that the drive to consistently delight customers with best in-class service delivery remains Airtel’s priority as the company exists primarily to meet the expectations of its numerous customers.

According to him, Airtel is offering Nigerians one more reason for telecommunications subscribers to port to its superior network by going the extra mile to provide specialized services for their devices.
