Speaking on the
initiative, the Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director, Deepak Srivastava,
said the introduction of Airtel Techie further confirms the company’s
customer-centricity and innovativeness.
Srivastava emphasized
that the drive to consistently delight customers with best in-class service
delivery remains Airtel’s priority as the company exists primarily to meet the
expectations of its numerous customers.
According to him,
